Spotless hotel with pleasant staff and incredible location just next door to beaches, restaurants, the old town and ferry terminal, a quiet neighbourhood and main town centre in 10-15 minutes or a 5 minute cab ride. Savoury and tasty breakfast with a stunning view and hams, as example at the terrace.

My recent two-night stay at Alba Residence was good. I was greeted by a helpful and engaging host, Eva, were great to ensure I had a fantastic stay. The location of the residence was perfect, with just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, allowing me to easily soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Recently renovated room with a private bathroom and walk-in shower, soft bathrobes, fresh towels, and a very comfy bed made for an incredible holiday stay.

The rooms were clean and functional, with a bathtub.

I loved the location of this place! It was in a quiet residential area, but still just a short walk to the beach. And it was only a 20-minute walk to the main part of the city. So convenient! Plus, they had an underground garage, which was super useful since parking would have been tricky otherwise.

The room could have been a bit more comfortable. It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee making facilities, and maybe a comfy chair or two.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Diocletian's Palace. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop terrace. The view of the Adriatic was amazing, and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunset. We will definitely be returning to Alba Residence in the future.

The location of this hotel is great, in a quiet neighbourhood, yet still very close to the beaches and bars. Also, it is close enough to old town to walk or just a 5 minute ride in an Uber or taxi to the beach too. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The breakfast with a wonderful view is quite basic, but still good.

The hotel lacks amenities that they advertise, like the sauna.

Nothing for me.

Exceptional accommodation, high standard, comfortable. Balcony with table/chairs, air conditioning. High quality kitchen appliances. Lots of TV channels in English. Large comfortable bed, lots of storage space. Delicious breakfast outdoors with fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, croissants, bread. Beach, tennis club, local shops, and nice restaurants nearby. 15-min walk to city center. Super host and team. Flexible check-out. Highly recommend.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived at this place. The hosts were incredibly warm and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were quick to respond to any questions we had before our stay and were super helpful throughout. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly clean, even better than what we saw in the photos. We especially loved the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed some breathtaking moments. The breakfast provided by the hosts was probably the best we've had in Europe, truly delicious. Their attention to detail and care made our stay here really special. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back.

This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The hotel facilities were new and clean, particularly the room which was well appointed and had all the modern conveniences I needed. The location was perfect, as the beach was just a short walk away making it easy to enjoy some time in the sun. it only took me 10-15 minutes to reach the main town centre on foot, or alternatively I could take a 5 minute cab ride. the breakfast served by the hotel staff was delicious and had a great view of the surrounding area.

Everything is what I need and want!

We had an amazing stay at the charming residence near the beach. the comfortable bed and cozy room made us feel right at home. the elevator was a great help with our luggage, even though the building only had two floors. the upper terrace had a breathtaking view that we absolutely loved. the best part about our experience was the incredible hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even ordering food for us late at night and accommodating our breakfast preferences. We can't wait to come back. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

This hotel was an absolute dream during my Xmas vacation! The view from my room was fantastic - I could see the beautiful ocean and stunning sunset. , the location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and a few minutes' walk to the beach. the breakfast was a highlight of my stay, delicious and abundant. Finally, the staff members were so friendly and helpful, making my stay very comfortable.

One small issue with the hotel was the street where it is located. The navigation system can be a bit confusing, and the road signs are not visible enough.
